![]() My daughter passed the grade, as did all of the kids in public school, but between COVID19 and having a teacher who really broke my child's confidence even before COVID, may child was lost academically at the beginning of the year trying to learn online once again. Public school teachers did their best, but the curriculum was hard to follow and pieced together requiring use of multiple websites. Parent: COVID really impacted my child's learning last year. To any parents or students considering Cornerstone, you won’t regret it. Financial aid is beyond generous, and has allowed myself and my siblings to attend for years at a low cost. Electives such as Apologetics and Biblical Greek bolster this Christian focus further, accompanied by weekly chapels and daily times of prayer. Bible classes here are eye-opening, providing an unbiased deep dive into the scriptures with a focus on discipleship and critical thinking. Now that I’ve graduated, I can confidently say that many teachers have become friends of mine, have shaped me, and helped me grow into maturity. The teachers here, if you put at least the bare minimum of effort into being a good student, are phenomenal. Challenging educational curriculums and unmatched college prep programs taught me how to learn well, as well as how to think critically about a number of topics.
